There doesn’t appear to be a way to create tax rates for non US businesses, the form requires a State selection.

I want to apply tax on a per country basis not per state/city/county etc.

The current version only supports US tax rules (shipping payment etc...), There will be more documentation coming soon showing how to create these for different locals.

Any idea when this documentation will arrive.  I am testing the system for use in the UK and without the facility to add (and show) VAT (Value Added Tax) on the checkout page, we cannot go further.

Please remember that sites in the UK may show NET prices (Trade) on the site excluding VAT then at checkout, add shipping then calculate 17.5% VAT to arrive at total payable OR show GROSS prices on the site and break down the figure at checkout to show NET + Shipping + 17.5% VAT.
