When a customer is redirected to the protx website where they enter their card details, the billing address is automatically filled with the Telephone Number and Fax Number below the address. eg:
Customer Name
123 Example Street
Example City, PC01 1PC,
United Kingdom
T: 0800 000000
F: 0800 000000
Customers are finding that this can cause the payment to fail because the billing address is different to that held by the card company.
Please could you remove these fields from the billing address so that the payment will go through.
Upgrade Protx extension to 1.1.2. We don’t have live account to test but in simulator everything works fine and billing address sent without phone and fax numbers.

In a live account in the billing address box, the following information is getting passed across:
Customer Name
Address
CIty
Postcode
Country
There are no large spaces or telephone numbers as before. I am not sure if the Name or Postcode are needed in the Billing Address box as there are separate Boxes for these fields.
