It doesn’t appear to work with refunds though, does it?

Sorry, refunds are not implemented yet in the module. We hope add this feature very soon.

We’re planning to create a paid version of the extension with a improved feature set over the community version, Refunds would be part of that version. Would you be interested on a commercial version with more features?

It’s possible - depends what the features are.
