Ive just installed the Protx Direct Module and its causing a 500 Internal Server Error on the checkout page. Ive tried uninstalling the module and the site works fine. Then after re-installing it, I get hte 500 Error again. Ive tried it in debug mode etc but nothing seems to work. Any Ideas what may be causing the error?
We’re testing the module in the latest Magento version and we didn’t get errors so far. Maybe it’s a problem with the Magento version in your case (the module should work fine in Magento 1.1 and greater) . We know the module doesn’t work in Magento 1.0.
In case you have a compatible version, does your Magento installation have other modules or contributions added? Maybe it’s a conflict between modules.
There is not conflict between these modules. I’m trying to figure out what is wrong in your case.
Could we have the apache error log? Any extra info about this error could be useful to solve this issue.
