Module fails to construct customer name from shipping info when only virtual products are in the cart.

Fatal error: Call to a member function getFirstname() on a non-object in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/magento/app/code/core/Mage/Protx/Model/Standard.php on line 202

I guess there’s no shipping detail to query when the cart contains only virtual products.
