Anyone got Fontis Extension working with Magento 1.1.1

Recently upgraded to magento 1.1.1 with Fontis 0.7.1 installed.

Something screwy is goin on. The checkout procedure wont progress past Billing Information.

Anyone got this working? what have I done wrong?
