Magento

Have installed Magento and all seems to be working except for the image upload, returns ‘Upload HTTP Error’ , I have searched the forums and tried all the things mentioned, including setting all permissions to 777 and editing .htaccess, nothing is working. This is at make or break point if I cant get this working in the next 48hrs I will have to move to a new system.

Any help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

not 100% sure what you mean, why?

Just seen that this server is running apache2 with mod_security2 , could this have anything to do with it, how can I disable mod_security2 with .htaccess

I have the same error and my site is protected with a password in a htaccess file.
What do I have to change to upload images?
