Hi,

I’d love to use a rss reader to read the rss feed under
Sales -> Orders -> New Order RSS (see here link )
but the URL https://xxx.xxx.org/index.php/rss/order/new/ is not exactly the standard RSS link hence lots of readers doesn’t recognize it.
(e.g google reader) .

How would go about this?  I could add this to IE or Firefox but I actually really want to just add this to Google Reader.
any ideas ?

Well almost every reader I have tried works, but I haven’t tried any web based ones.  Just because it is https and not rss shouldn’t matter.  All the reader should care about is the fact that it returns XML in the correct format.  Does Google Reader have support for password protected feeds because this one is and if it doesn’t that might be stopping it.

ya. just found that google does not support password protected feeds. : (
I have then used this http://freemyfeed.com/ to convert my feed and added to google reader . it works now. thank you.
