I have an online store for a home boutique, at dfdboutique.com
It’s very much a work-in-progress.
I did a blog posting talking about how I set it up.
Started with the “Modern” theme, and tweaked it.
Prior to that I looked around for other themes, but didn’t find what I wanted.
Other themes I’ve found so far seem to focus on “cutesy” colors and quirky design choices.
What I really wanted was a clean stripped down theme, that I could build on.
So ended up taking the Modern theme and adjusting that.

For one thing, I removed the coupon block, in checkout.
Since I’m not currently doing coupons I don’t want to show that.
I haven’t seen this mentioned elsewhere, but it’s bad to show that unless you’re using coupon codes.
And even if you are, it’s a distraction to those who don’t have a code.
People see the box to enter a code and then want to go around searching to see if they can find a code (I know I do that as an online shopper). That’s just increasing the chance that they don’t go through with the purchase.

You might want to rethink your choice of domain names.
http://www.magentocommerce.com/license/
Specifically:
Can I use the “Magento” trademark in one of my domain names or URLs?
No. You may not use the Magento trademark or any other mark associated with the Magento offering from our company in your domain name or URL. (For instance “www.magentohosting.com” is not allowed. See more on this topic below.)
