My need is simple : create a link in the navigation menu towards a blog, in fact an external page.
I want to do exactly the same thing that on this website : http://theclimbingshop.com .

Can you say me what are the files I have to modify and how ?

You should be able to use the same technique as shown here:
http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/how-to/add_home_link_to_menu_bar

Just use the full URL to your blog instead of the <?=$this->getUrl('')?>. And just put the new code either before or after the Category loop, depending on where you want the link to show up.
