I create a configurable product, and in Inventory / Stock avaliability I select “In stock” but when I view the product is always out of stock!!! What happend? What have I made wrong?

set ENABLED and set the inventory level

if invetory level is to 0 the product is shows but it is out of stock if you det NO BACKORDERS

Thanks, but the product is enabled.

I don’t know how to know the inventory level, in my inventory screen it show me only “Stock Avaliabiltity”, and is setted to “In Stock”.

step by step… the simple products are available?
because I have out of stock on configurable when 1 of set of products is not instock

have you a link to the store or are you in local?

OK, I understand now. One questione more, please. Suppose that I’ve got a configurable product wich is a sum of 2 items. Can I add later more items to my configurable product?

i have this exact same problem. so am i to understand that if i am going to be creating an apparel site with t-shirts in different sizes, then i have to do the following?

1. create configurable product with an attribute set of sizes set it to in stock.
2. create a simple product for each size and set the inventory level.
