What would you charge for a design of similar quality?  Design is something I’m not very good at.  I can do it well enough to get by, and I have plenty of HTML/CSS experience, as well as almost 10 years of Photoshop experience.  But I just cannot visualize things very well.  I would definitely pay to have that part done for me.

We are still working on this site, and waiting for Magento final release.
When it comes to slider on start page: it’s just jQuery script:)

I hope there will be a lot cool magento-templates available soon. doesn’t matter if for free ore comemrcial.

I hope a few of these kind of templates will be released to the community for free, then people will get more familiar with Magento, then people will start buying commercial themes too

Dajbit, I forgot to ask you about the link that you have on your magento shop site to ALLEGRO (http://www.allegro.pl).

This looks like a auction site, where your client http://www.mmshop.pl are selling their products as well?
Do you know anything about this software (I believe it originates from http://www.qxl.no), or where I can find a web auction / advertising software somewhat similar to this one?
