Meets all three reports about customers and products, sales reports - tax, shipping, total invoiced, total refunded, coupons.

Did you upgrade from previous version ? Can you please go to System -> Permissions -> Roles -> click on your role -> click on Role Resources Tab -> check the Resource Access drop-down. I guess it has ‘Custom’ options selected. If so you can either change it to ‘All’ or check the checkbox on Reports branch of the resources tree.

It’s an upgrade, role is “administrators” (nothing changed from defaults).

Default setting of role has been “custom”. Changing permissions there solved problem.
