Just what the title says! Maybe I’m dense; I can see that a customer with an account can log in to the store and change their preferences there, but when a subscriber without an account wants to unsubscribe, what do they do?

They would go into the ‘My Account’ section, choose Newsletter Subscriptions and then untick the newsletter(s) they don’t want to subscribe to.

Yeah, I caught that.  But that requires the user to either 1) have an existing account to log into, or 2) create a new account just to unsubscribe.  I was hoping that, since they could subscribe to the newsletter without an account, they could also somehow unsubscribe without an account as well. 

It sounds like so far the only answer is that they have to sign up for an account and then change their subscription preferences.

There should be a link in the out going newsletter for a customer to click to unsubscribe. We will have more details soon.
