Configuration page not showing in 1.5.0.1

I cannot seem to get the configuration page to work. Whenever I click on the configuration page, I simply get a white screen and cannot figure out the error type. Enhanced view is working on the product grid, but I cannot edit the columns.

I have not done a compilation refresh because I cannot figure out how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Magento 1.4.1.1 and just installed Updated Enhanced Product Grid 1.3.1.2 and I am still unable to access Admin section for this extension. I have this problem since the first time I installed this extension more the a year ago using different versions.

If You Have Compiler Enabled…

Install the module, edit “app/etc/modules/TBT_Enhancedgrid.xml” changing ‘true’ to ‘false’ then re-run the compilation process (System->Tools->Compilation). Then edit the file again and change it back to true. Log out/back in.

Category not showing - throws “There has been an error processing your request”

When trying to show “categories” column, in the area where product should be I see an error page saying “There has been an error processing your request

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.” - see screenshot attached.

What could cause this error? What to do? (already tried to clear all caches, logging in and out...)

problem is for the live of me I DON’T REMEMBER ALL WHAT I DID! I’m in no way a programmer so i’m still suprised i managed to do it. Anyways I could upload the files i edited and maybe someone can figure out what i did and write a tutorial. I figure that many people might need a feature like this. I know I did, that’s why i was fiddling around. I should also note I used code based on the “Flagbit Change Attribute Set” and just did some rewritting (I hope that’s ok). Also I added a column to display Category id # on the grid .

Switches back to default website

Love this extension, but when used with multi-site it always switches back to the default site. This is VERY annoying. I did a quick search and did not see anyone else comment on this issue.

I’d be OK with this issue if I had an easy way to turn the extension on and off...? I ended up having to uninstall as I’m doing a lot of product work on a sub-site today.

custom Column sort order request

Hi, first off all, this is a great add on and very much appreciated.

I would like to ask if you would consider add the option to change the column order, for instance it would be useful to be able to put the price and tax column next to each other.

Any way to get screen scrolling - right & left?

First off let me say this is an excellent extension, solves an annoyance I have had for some time.

Is there anyway to enable screen scrolling to the right and left? If I want to see columns like categories it tends to push the screen too far to the right. I thought it would enable the screen scroll but it doesn’t so if I add too many columns I can’t see them.

Noob needs help getting to work 1.5.0.1

I am a noob and this is my first time working with Magento and these extensions so hopefully someone can help a little helpful for me. I have installed this extension and it seemed to go through fine. I have the “*” next to Manage Products under the Catalog tab. I also have under System > Configuration > WDCA Extensions > Enhanced Product Grid, and the 4 drop down boxes to change options. This is all I have. I do not see any place that I can add the images to this extension or how to put information in that I want for the homepage. It says that it installed fine when going through the Magento Connect Manager so I can only assume that it worked.

Is there any documents or help that I can get to try and get this to show up on my homepage? I have resorted to putting grids on the homepage to get something there but this enhanced grid looks so much better.

I contacted the publisher but they have not gotten back to me yet.

Hope there is someone that can help me because I am losing my mind.

Changing Magento Attribute on MySql Generates Error

Hello Everyone:

I added an attribute through the system, but it didn’t work. But the attribute for Special Price did exactly what I needed but I wanted to change the name.

Found the price.phtml file, made the changes there and in the three corresponding fields in MySql.

Logged into admin, the changes were there BUT this error was generated and I have searched everywhere I can think of but I cannot find out where this is to fix it:

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND tad_special_price.store_id = 0 LEFT JOIN `mg_catalog_product_entity` AS `ta' at line 14

Anyone know the answer? I would appreciate some help on this one-I’m stumped.
