In order for the Event / Method to show up as an alternative in the Cart, it must have a price (let say 0.00).

I have instances where it - in my opinion - would look better if I had no “Event / Method” price displayed in the Cart.

To give a few of examples:
- The customer order 1 article, and will have it picked up by their own transport company (that bills the customer direcly).
- The customer will order a taxi to pick it up.
- The customer will come by and pick it up in the shop.
- The customer will download what he bought from Internet (software / music / video).

Would it be possible to consider this change for a later version?

In our Google Checkout configuration we want to draw on the shipping rates we’ve set up in this mod. However, choosing Google Checkout Shipping - Merchant Calculated and then “Add Shipping Method,” we can only see “[msmultiflat] Pickup at Event” as an available shipping method. We do not see any of the flat rate methods we have defined elsewhere in the mod.

still having a few teething problems

but as a new feature that i thiunk would be a nice touch is deliver on

and as the days / times go by so would the option to choose
