      <title>No Redirect and Order Status: Pending Payment</title>

First of all I\&#8217;d like to thank you sincerely for this extension. It\&#8217;s just great!
</p>
<p>
I am having some issues however. I\&#8217;ve been reading up on the forums before having to post this as a last resort but not seen any solutions so far.
</p>
<p>
I have installed the extension flawlessly, filled in the relevant fields as outlined in your documentation and also setup the RBS Worldpay details correctly in the Remote Admin Interface.
</p>
<p>
For the Payment Response URL I have entered: http://www.mixedwishes.com/worldpay/processing/response/
</p>
<p>
The problem is however, that I am not being redirected at all once taken to the successful payment screen. I also tried &lt;wpdisplay item=MC_callback&gt; in the Payment Response URL field but still, no luck. It\&#8217;s not even redirecting me to a fail screen or anything. It just stays on that payment successful page.
</p>
<p>
The second issue is regarding the actual order status in Magento. Although the payment goes through the AUTHORISED and CAPTURED stages on my Worldpay RAI, the order status remains as Pending Payment on the Magento admin. It does not change accordingly at all nor does it give me any options to manually change the status to Processing/Complete/etc.
</p>
<p>
If someone could please help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it as I have been trying for the past 4 hours but had no luck whatsoever. Many thanks in advance.

Currently I am on the test site which will replace the live site. Due to this the response url in world pay is not currently set to this test site which is giving the above issue. Could this be the problem even though its not being shown as a reason in the error page as above? If so then I could assume that it will just start working once I have made this test site the live version and added the repsonse url into the merchant area of worldpay.

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m not sure where the root of this problem is but I am testing out an upgraded installation from Magento 1.4-1.5 and the checkout process is now broken. After completing the one-page checkout the following error occurs:

</p>
<p>
* The dir/dir are dummy directory names hiding personal information.

There is not a class or file at location Mage/Payone/Helper/Data.php and there wasn&#8217;t in version 1.4 either.
</p>
<p>
I appreciate the Worldpay Extension does not support Magento v1.5 but I have seen this error occurring in an older version of the extension and wondered if it was something you were aware of with a simple fix.

This does not happen when i&#8217;m making a transaction by logging in on the one page checkout.

Firstly thanks for a great extension - it all works great apart from one bit!

I know there&#8217;s been some discussion regarding new order email&#8217;s not being sent but I still cannot get this working and at the request of my clent I need to do so as soon as posssible.

On completion of Worldpay the page redirects back to empty cart but no email gets sent out.
</p>
<p>
Does anyone have any further ideas of how we can get this working? Am happy to discuss a small fee for someone who could get this working for me.

      <title>No redirect to WorldPay when checking out</title>

I have just installed it, went through the instructions and filled everything in both in Magento and in the (RBS)WorldPay admin.

Now when checking out, the payment stage says it will redirect you to world pay when placing an order. BUT when i get there and click &#8216;Place order&#8217; it redirects me back to the cart (http://.../checkout/cart/) with my product still there and no mention of WorldPay or any errors.
</p>
<p>
Im using Magento 1.3.2.3  and Phoenix_Worldpay  1.1.1 (stable).

Can you help me with this please? Its driving me nuts!

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m using Magento v1.2.0.2. Everything worked fine before I installed this WorldPay module.

Now the accordion menu on the onepage checkout does not work. I am unable to get beyond this page.

In IE it says &#8216;done but with errors on page&#8217; and points to line 530 char 5 &#8216;Accordion&#8217; is undefined.

I went through all the installation / setup instructions carefully. I have since tried uninstalling / reinstalling the module and replacing the original core and javascript files but the checkout page is still broken, with or without this module.
</p>
<p>
One thing I am confused about: The instructions say to set the payment response URL to http://mydomain.com/worldpay/processing/response but I don&#8217;t have a worldpay folder in my root directory like this - should there be one?
