I was upgrading my site from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1 this morning and the magentocommerce site went offline for maintenance.  Needless to say my site is gone I get a 500 error and I am unable to get in the admin panel.  How can i correct this?  Is there a way to restart the upgrade?

Cheers,

Have you checked your file permissions, especially the “index.php” to see whether they are correct? Files should be set to 644 and directories to 755. The older versions of Magento Connect Manager is known to reset the file permissions to the wrong values after a download or upgrade.
