Note, DimDim.com offers a Flash-based teleconference solution that is quite attractive.  If you have not hear about this startup, you might want to check them out.  They offer a compelling solution (Open Source, no software to install on the client, full audio, low cost, etc).

]]> 2008-09-04 T;17:30:00-08:00 Comment by CKD {url_as_title} I do think it is a valid point to offer VOIP.  As we are in this industry.  I do know that Zend offers VOIP and phone for their webinars.  This will not hold me back from calling, as I live in Japan, but it is a resource that I feel should be offered and used as it is for the most part free.  I am sure everyone can afford the cost of a phone call, but I get the feeling that he is upset by the inconvenience of the fact.

In the future, I would ask for VOIP, as a gesture to all the international users.
