I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Rhonda Rondeau and I'm your friendly neighborhood Community Manager. Welcome to my series of posts, highlighting all that's happening in the world of Magento and the Magento Community. Magento HQ Meetup
Today at 7:00 pm, Magento Headquarters will be hosting the first Magento Meetup here in Culver City. It is clear there was plenty of interest as we are booked solid! Make sure to check back for some photos and highlights in my next post.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be re-evaluating our community forums, including consolidating and adding new ones. I've seen some interesting posts about Point of Service (POS) Integration with Magento and with that we're planning to open up a POS forum for you to discuss your solutions.
Magento is looking for Guest Bloggers! Do you have an awesome Magento related topic, design idea or implementation solution? Maybe a theme or extension walk-through? We want to hear from you. We’re looking for all types of Magento experts who would like to share their knowledge in the form informative blog posts. If you have an idea, or you’d like to be a guest blogger, please PM (private message) me and let me know.
