Magento Community Paris Meetup
We had a great showing and attendance by the French Community in our Paris meetup. Thanks to everyone that stopped by - it was great to get to know you. We are greatly enthused by the passion of the French community and the traction Magento has seen within the French market. Thanks to everyone that spread the word! The good news is that you’ll see us more

Where was the meeting ? Where was the information about “last minute change of location” ?

The meeting was in the bar called “dupond” which is located in front of exposition’s parc.
We have meet at the meeting point then we have moved, so I think they haven’t left any information about it.

I thank Yoram and Yoav for this great meeting! The french community seems to be really active and knows well Magento. I was surprised about it.

Seems like that the Mercure bar asked you to do the meetup in another place ? The reception of the hotel said to me that there wasn’t any “meeting”, and that they had never heard of a “partner meeting at the bar” the day before…
They also said that I was the fifteenth guy to ask for information and who had to leave
In any ways, I hope that it was a cool meeting

The problem was there: a lot of people and not enough subscriptions. The hotel bar was too small but we were lucky having place in the Dupont bar!

This was a great meeting despite of the last minute place change… This was mainly due to a lack of hospitality at Mercure !

Thanks Yoav & Yoram for the meeting.
I was very happy meeting with you.
We’re testing Magento for a couple of month, and I can say that we are really reconciled with eCommerce solutions.
We now are working hard to produce (at least) 3 websites in 2009.
Hope to see you soon in France.
Your framework is going to be Legend...(wait for it)....daaary !
