Well done! Works very fast for me. Impressive.

Thanks guys! And big thanks to Roy and the Magento team for featuring the site on the blog and of course for creating Magento in the first place!
@wildflower: The hosting company is in the middle of moving the site to a new location as they have been having issues with their current provider so it could be you are caught up in that. The site when working properly has been extremely fast.
@marc_j: Thanks, appricate the comments!

The flash and the category/nav don’t play well together on Linux. I couldn’t navigate at all. I’m sure Linux users are a small demographic, but we need to remember not to let design inhibit usability.

Duly noted. The flash will shortly only be on the home page so I am looking at other ways to get the effect we want without having to resort to overlaying HTML onto Flash.

Decided to drop the Flash in favour of just HTML. Should fix the problem you are having CK Rock. Many thanks for letting us know it was causing problems.

How did you get rid of the default shipping block/code on the cart page??
9JamesBee |posted September 22 2008
@Hlanders: thank you! Appricate it. Yes we are using wordpress HOWEVER I am currently just cheating it.
Creating a wordpress theme exactly the same as my magento theme.
I wanted to fully intergrate but the time restrictions ment I simply couldn’t do it.
It’s on the to-do list in the future.
@Jeremy: I beleive I just removed it from the cart template. Was one of the first things I did. Let me check and post back.
Oh and a mention to the hosting which is from:
http://www.properhost.net/magento-web-hosting.html
Some of the best tech support I have ever had and no issues at all with the speed. Recommended!
