Magento

Despite all the travel disruptions, we had a great group of about 13 people who were able to make their way to Mallorca for the event.  We managed to grab some videos of different things that went on--the mini-conf we ended up having, different events that took place and interviews with some of the attendees.  One particularly cool group, were Laura and Miguel, from BeeCoder a startup in the south of Spain, that develop BeeShopy. 

BeeShopy is an application which lets you connect your eCommerce site with Facebook and actually set up a shop, accept payments and even track stats right from within Facebook.  Here is an interview we recorded with them just a few hours before they left to the airport, heading back home:

Laura and Miguel are currently prepping a BeeShopy Magento extensions for release in the next couple of weeks.  Laura and Miguel came to learn more about Magento development and to learn about how awesome the Magento Community really is.  If a smile is worth a thousand words, we think Magento has just made a couple of really good new friends.
